USA wide: FREE SHIPPING to all 48 states.

Mainland Europe: FREE SHIPPING to most countries.

Rest of the World: Shipping charges calculated on checkout.

Import Duty

None for US / European customers. May apply for the rest of the world. A small percentage of customers outside the United States may be subject to an import duty ranging from $40 to $80. This is determined randomly and is beyond our control.


RLT Home works with world class shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS to ensure safe delivery of an order and takes full responsibility for handling an order and delivering it safely to the shipping carrier. Thereafter, the shipping carrier delivers the order to the customer. RLT Home is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by the customer, doorstep theft or other issues caused during delivery. In such cases, RLT Home works with the customer and the shipping carrier to find the best possible solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive a shipping tracking number?

Yes! Within 3 days of your order, your order will be updated with a Shipping tracking number and you will receive an email as soon as that's done. Starting then, you will be able to track your delivery. 

Will I be able to change my delivery to signature on arrival?

Yes, once you receive your shipment tracking number, you will be able to go to the shipping provider's website and request a "signature on arrival" delivery.

If I live outside of the USA, how much Import Duty will I need to pay?

While most customers outside the US are not required to pay import duty, a random selection may incur charges. This can range between $40 and $80 commonly. Customers in the US don't pay an import duty.

Can I reschedule my delivery date/time?

Yes, you can do so by requesting it on the shipping providers website via the tracking link that we will send to you.

I missed my delivery, now what?

You will be able to schedule a new delivery time by going to the shipping providers website using the shipment tracking link that we will provide.

Will my stand be delivered along with my red light therapy device?

In most cases, yes.

In case of the TotalSpectrum ULTRA, which has a large stand, we ship them together but in different packages. Most customers receive both - the panel and the stand on the same day, but in some cases the shipment provider may deliver them on different days. You will receive individual tracking numbers for both the panel and the stand.

Where will my device be shipped from?

If you are a US customer, your device will be shipped from our warehouse in California. For all other countries, your device will be shipped from China.
