Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and therefore, we offer a 30 days return guarantee for the MINI, COMPACT & MAX and 60 days return guarantee for the ULTRA & ELITE, for your peace of mind. This time-frame becomes active when you receive the product (not when you buy).

If, for any reason, you would like to return your Red Light Therapy Home product within this time-frame, please follow these steps to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

  1. Make sure the product & it's packaging are in perfect condition.
  2. Take clear photos/videos of the product and it's packaging.
  3. Send an email to contact@redlighttherapyhome.com with the subject line "Request for RMA - Order #" and attach all photos/videos from step 2.
  4. Please write a reason for return as a part of your email.
  5. Wait for 2-4 business days before we review your request and send you a reply.

If your return is approved, we will send you an RMA number along with the return shipping address (US, Canada or UK) and phone number. Return shipping is handled and paid for by the customer.

Requirements

  • The product and it's packaging must be in good condition without any wear and tear whatsoever.
  • You should have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us by following the above procedure. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping cost and safe delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Any product damaged during return shipping will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • When a return is received by us, it is queued and processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Every return goes through an inspection process to make sure it fulfils all of the above requirements.
  • If the product passes the inspection process, a refund is processed (less return shipping charges in case a prepaid shipping label was provided) and the funds are sent back to the original method of payment. A notification is sent to the customer.
  • If the product fails the inspection process, a notification is sent to the customer and the product is sent back at the customer's expense.

Manufacturing Defects

All products sold by Red Light Therapy Home are carefully tested and inspected before shipping and come with a solid 3 year warranty.

If, by any chance, you believe you have received a defective product or if your product malfunctions in any way while it is within the warranty period, please follow these steps to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label:

  1. Take clear photos/video of the product and it's packaging showing the manufacturing defect.
  2. Send an email to contact@redlighttherapyhome.com with the subject line "Manufacturing Defect - Order #" and attach all photos/videos from step 2.
  3. Please write a clear explanation of the manufacturing defect as a part of your email.
  4. Wait for 2-4 business days before we review your request and send you a reply.

If your request is approved, we will send you an RMA number along with a prepaid shipping label. Once you ship the product back to us, we will do our standard inspection and dispatch the fully repaired and tested product or a brand new product (same or equivalent) to you at no additional cost.
