Return Policy: The 30 day return guarantee becomes active when you receive the product. If after a fair trial period you would like to return your Red Light Therapy Home product, please contact us and you will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to return the system. Packages without a valid RMA number on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Credit will be applied, LESS SHIPPING & HANDLING, if received within the allotted time period and if all materials are returned complete, undamaged and in resalable condition.
Warranty Policy: Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule diagnostic call. If a warranty RMA is issued shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer to return the product. Red Light Therapy Home will incur the shipping costs to return the product to the consumer.
